JLR Mobile RV Repair & Solar Installations

I had JLR Mobile RV Repair & Solar Installations change two rooftop 15,000 BTU Air Conditioner/Heat Pumps on my Tiffin Phaeton motorhome. I contacted him a few days ago, he promptly provided a quote for the cost (in writing), and scheduled me for 9 AM this morning. I arrived on time, replaced both rooftop units, and was completed before noon. He waited around to ensure both units were working properly (cooling, and being sure the condensate pumps were discharging the water for each unit). He has the right equipment and knowledge to get the job done properly. I did not know him prior. I had seen his van in Houma and contacted him. I highly recommend him.

Though I didn’t used JLR Repair (we were in need of a 3rd AC and unfortunately our camper was wired in such a way we wouldn’t be able to run two at the same time), his customer service and responsiveness is top notch. He sent over a quote quickly and helped me walk through some things to figure out how the camper was wired. Even though we ended up having to go with plan B, he still gave me advice on that route. Most businesses wouldn’t do that and Jimmy didn’t have to either, but he did. If anything does happen to our Rv while we’re here, he’ll be my first call.

Used JLR to replace our fire place heater, very quick to respond and replace with new unit. Would highly recommend for all your RV repairs. Very Professional.
